Tell me what you are trying to run, secure, or fix. You work directly with Michael, not a rotating junior team. Sovereign AI, local LLM deployment, private RAG, and IT infrastructure work, from Rochester, NY, serving clients nationwide remotely.

What happens next

Michael reads your message himself.
He replies by email to confirm scope and whether a call makes sense.
Engagements follow Discover, Diagnose, Architect, Build, Harden & Transfer.

What to include in your message

The system or project: what it runs today and what you want it to do.
Your constraints: data that cannot leave your network, rules such as HIPAA or client confidentiality, budget, and deadlines.
Your environment: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, your virtualization platform, and the number of users or sites.
What you have already tried, and what did or did not work.

A few sentences on each is enough. Leave out passwords, client records, and other confidential details.

Who Michael works with

Law firms, healthcare practices, financial firms, and small and mid-sized businesses that need private AI or dependable IT infrastructure. Typical requests include local LLM deployments, private RAG search over internal documents, VMware migrations to Hyper-V or Proxmox, Windows Server and Active Directory automation, and fractional technology leadership.
